Care plans provide
direction for individualised care of
the client. A care plan flows
from each patient's unique list of diagnoses and should be organised by the
individual's specific needs. Continuity of care. The care plan is a means of communicating and organising
the actions of a constantly changing care staff.
All kinds of people need care plans, whether they are living at home, or
in residential care, or a community home. You don't just have to be old, there
are all kinds of reasons. People tend to think that a care plan is to do with
someone who is dying of a terminal illness, but there are other reasons too.
Some may need care 24/7 others only at certain times. All these plans cater for
the distinct need of the individual, for their well-being, and safety. Their
physical, medical, and emotional needs are all considered.
But what about the soul. Who in the care profession can provide for sin, guilt and shame? They can't, the body will die one day, and how good it is that end of life plan is put in place to make the transition from life to death easier. But no matter what they put in place it cannot help if they have left this mortal coil still in their sin. They must face judgement, condemnation, and eternal punishment, it is a fearful prospect.
Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned. Romans 5:12
Is there no hope then? Is there no plan that takes care of sin? Take heart dear sin sick soul, God has a plan of salvation, for all who are willing to receive it. How foolish it is to turn away plans for our care, that make our life more bearable, and help with our whole well-being. Even more foolish it is to shun Gods plan of salvation, His care plan takes care of our spirit, soul, and body, in this life and the next.
How, what do I do?
Jesus Christ, the Son of God
is perfect, there is no sin in Him because He is God.
He committed no sin nor was deceit found in his mouth. 1 Peter 2:22
He came to earth as a baby, lived and served mankind as a man, and died
a cruel death for your sin and mine, He rose on the third day, conquering death
and the grave. All who repent of their sin and turn from their sinful ways to
follow Jesus will have new life now, and eternal life with God after their
physical death. No man can offer you a care plan like this, Gods love, grace,
and mercy is beyond anything that man can comprehend, but it is freely given.
This complete care plan is free, paid for by the Lord Jesus, receive it
and live in Gods constant care.
Casting all your cares upon Him because He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7
